Loree will share science stories with curious patrons of all ages, including the one detailed in her latest book, Extreme Birdwatching. Come hear about the finches of Daphne Major, a small and hard-to-reach island in the Galapagos, and meet the family of scientists–mom, dad, and two daughters–who visited those finches year in and year out for four decades. Let’s talk bees and bee homes! Join Loree at the Westport Library for some buzzy storytelling. Children who attend will get a copy of one of Loree’s books, while supplies last. For more information, visit the library website.
